Claims Administrator

The Claims Administrator provides operational and administrative support to the claims function, with a focus on the production, accuracy and integrity of management information. The role supports the claims team in their effective oversight of claims performance, enables informed decision-making, and contributes to the efficient day to-day operation of the function through strong data management, process support and collaboration with the claims team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely claims management information (MI), providing clear insights through dashboards and reports to support informed decision making.
- Maintain the integrity and consistency of claims data across systems, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and robust documentation standards.
- Support effective claims operations by coordinating key activities, tracking progress and providing reliable operational oversight by managing action logs, monitoring task completion, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and escalated where needed.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, enabling proactive intervention and continuous service improvement.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, consistency, and compliance across claims operations.
Requirements

- Proven experience in administration or a similar data/reporting-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using claims, financial, or operational systems, with responsibility for producing or supporting MI/reporting outputs.
- Demonstrable understanding of data accuracy, controls, and audit/compliance requirements within a regulated or corporate environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience using Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar data visualisation/MI reporting tools.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or contributing to management-level reporting and presentations.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated involvement in process improvements or initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency or data quality.

Working hours
Our standard working hours are from 09.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Full time employees are to be in the office for
3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
