RiverStone International UK achieves Disability Confident Employer status

RiverStone International UK has achieved Disability Confident Level 2 – Employer status, reflecting the steps we are taking to recruit, retain and support disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where people with disabilities and those with long-term health conditions are valued, supported and able to thrive.

This achievement is an important step in our wider work to build a diverse and inclusive workforce where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

The Disability Confident scheme, led by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), helps UK employers improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. Achieving Disability Confident Employer status recognises the practical steps RiverStone has taken to remove barriers and make its employment practices more accessible.
